Yes, and we’re happy to ship a kit to any address you indicate, but you will need to have that individual complete their own questionnaire and register the kit.

We discard your sample 2 weeks after we’ve completed the test(s) you’ve asked us to perform. The sample is maintained for 2 weeks should there be an issue requiring us to rerun your test(s).
No. We discard your sample 2 weeks after we finish running the tests you’ve asked us to run. We only keep it those 2 weeks in case we need to rerun a sample if there was some kind of problem processing it the first time.
The technology used to identify individual SNPs has a high degree of accuracy. The resulting GenoRisk score is based on research of statistical models as discussed in the published research.
This test is designed to be taken once, as your genetics do not change throughout your lifetime.

You are welcome to share the results of your GenoRisk test with your primary care physician or another healthcare provider as they will be able to discuss with you how they impact other areas of your health and lifestyle.
There are non-modifiable as well as modifiable risk factors for Alzheimer’s disease. Non-modifiable risk factors include age, gender at birth, and genetics. Modifiable risk factors include lifestyle behaviors such as diet and exercise as well as some medical conditions.

We’ll be happy to issue a full refund for the test if your order is cancelled by 2:00pm PT on the same day. If you cancel after 2:00pm PT, we’ll provide credit toward another test of your choice.

Dementia is an umbrella term used to describe a variety of symptoms that impact memory, activities of daily living, and ability to communicate. Alzheimer’s disease is the most common form of dementia, though not everyone with dementia has Alzheimer’s disease.

Yes, we’ll send an email when your sample has arrived and testing is in progress, as well as when your results are available. You can also watch your sample’s progress with your tracking number.
The GenoRisk test is not intended for anyone under the age of 18.
