We discard your sample 2 weeks after we’ve completed the test(s) you’ve asked us to perform. The sample is maintained for 2 weeks should there be an issue requiring us to rerun your test(s).

;What happens if I can’t login to the portal or I forgot my password?
Follow the instructions on the website to reset your password or contact Customer Support.

;What if something in my report is a critical result that requires immediate medical attention?
Either your primary physician (if indicated) or one of our physician partners will immediately reach out to you.

;What should I do if I ate or drank 45 minutes before providing my saliva sample? What if there is a foreign object in my sample (i.e. I spit a food particle into my tube)?
