Yes, and we’re happy to ship a kit to any address you indicate, but you will need to have that individual complete their own questionnaire and register the kit.
Contact your primary physician or healthcare provider for more information about eligibility for studies or trials.
We discard your sample 2 weeks after we’ve completed the test(s) you’ve asked us to perform. The sample is maintained for 2 weeks should there be an issue requiring us to rerun your test(s).
You may have not provided a sufficient volume of sample or your sample was damaged. Please contact Customer Support for a new kit.
Our turnaround time (TAT) for results begins on the day and time your sample arrives in our laboratory. Delays in TAT may be due to issues with shipping services. Please contact Customer Support to determine the reason for the delay and refund eligibility.
Follow the instructions on the website to reset your password or contact Customer Support.
We’ll be happy to issue a full refund for the test if your order is cancelled by 2:00pm PT on the same day. If you cancel after 2:00pm PT, we’ll provide credit toward another test of your choice.

To ensure that all of our tests stay up-to-date, ADx Health continually evaluates new evidence-based research to determine what modifications should be made to the information or results we provide. By simply reprinting your report, it will automatically update with the most current data and evidence available.

Yes, we’ll send an email when your sample has arrived and testing is in progress, as well as when your results are available. You can also watch your sample’s progress with your tracking number.
